I've had to eat my words on this plant as when my partner got it it looked like a sterile hybrid to me, so I wasn't too impressed. However it's proving a magnet at the moment so, not for the first time, she was right and I was wrong.

Hummers
We've been getting almost daily visits of Humming-bird Hawk-moths to the garden (Loosley Row, Bucks) over the last 10 days or so, but only to one particular plant, Salvia 'Dayglow'.
I've had to eat my words on this plant as when my partner got it it looked like a sterile hybrid to me, so I wasn't too impressed. However it's proving a magnet at the moment so, not for the first time, she was right and I was wrong.
