Thanks Peter, I have of course had it before but there's no way the illustrations can do it justice.
I also had a very odd looking one this morning in the trap. The other is an Uncertain btw.
I would say that a high percentage of the Coronets I get in my garden in Marlow Bottom are coloured like this. Specimens with more white on the wing seem to be more unusual.
