I agree there's a hint of Mompha from the side view but from the top it looks rather different. Have you considered Blastodacna atra? That is a moth which seems to be quite widespread according to the literature, but I've only seen it once and here in Bucks there are only 15 records. If correct it would be a useful one to have confirmation of, so keeping it for Peter would be a good idea if you still have the specimen.
