  1. Hi Steve,
A higher-resolution image might help (expand this one in size and you lose all definition). Apart from the ground colour, there are vague similarities between this and the first moth in John Clough's post about Common Rustics on the 18th. No-one has come up with a definitive answer for that one and it may not be possible here either, but I'll stick my neck out and suggest Nutmeg again. Only a suggestion, mind! The ground colour looks a better match in your image, the whitish outer cross-line has a clear 'W' in it and the there's a hint that the inner part at least of the kidney mark may be dark. Those black dots along the wing leading edge are also typical of Nutmeg.

  2. Thanks Dave. How do I add a different image to this blog?

  3. At the very bottom of your post there's your name, the time it was posted and then to the right there should be a yellow pencil symbol just before the grey boxes for Facebook, Twitter, etc. Click on that pencil and it will take you back to the composition page where you can change whatever you like (delete a picture, add a new picture, change text) then click on "Update" at top right and it'll be changed for you. Everyone can do that to their own posts.
