A Gem on Otmoor

 I was able to trap on Otmoor on Friday night (3rd Sept) and caught this moth which I think is a Gem.

I also caught what I think is an Oblique Carpet? But it's rather a worn specimen.

    Hello Linda,

    Correct on both counts, very nice. Oblique Carpet seems to like the damp meadows along the River Ray so a find at Otmoor shouldn't be a great surprise.
