Stoke Goldington, Bucks. Confusing Tortrix

 Spotted during the day, resting on buddleia, this large Tortrix is confusing me - well marked, but sort of unmarked! Is it just a female E. postvittana, as it doesn't seem quite right for this?

    Hello Keith,

    I've not seen one quite like that but I'm sure it must be one of the female forms of Epiphyas postvittana.
