Light Crimson Underwing?

I think this moth found in my garden trap is a Light Crimson Underwing. I recorded one in July last year.

  2. Thanks Dave. I remember now that Martin Harvey posted back at the end of May that a caterpillar of Light Crimson Underwing had been found at Maidenhead Thicket, which is not too far from me. So the moth may well be breeding locally.
