Oak Nycteoline?

I wondered if this was an Oak Nycteoline f. ramosana? Can someone confirm ID please?I have had this in the garden at Beenham, Berks before but usually in June/July. I thought this was a bit early but noticed that someone else had had one recently. Perhaps it is an over-wintered adult.
