The first is Cochylis atricapitana and the second is Parapoynx stratiotata (Ringed China-mark). It is surprising how many times the male Ringed China-mark is misidentified - perhaps something to do with it is the fact that in the field guide it is illustrated with its wings open and might be missed on a cursory glance through the pictures!
