A Blog for moth recorders in Bucks, Berks and Oxon
Hi there,
This turned up in a friend's trap on Saturday night. We both think that sulphurella is a good match - are we right?
Best wishes
David
Hi David,Yes indeed, that's Esperia sulphurella. A reasonably common species which is just as likely to be found flying in the daytime as it is in a moth-trap.
My goodness! We've got the last two right!!!Thanks and best wishesDavid
