I'm not sure that it is quite so notable these days, but nevertheless I was very pleased to find Dewick's Plusia in my actinic trap a couple of nights ago.
The first record of this species in Bucks was only in 2018 so it is still very much a notable species even though it seems to be spreading quite fast. Good to know that it has reached the far north-west of the county!
