On the possible Oak Beauty, I'll leave it to others to pronounce (unless I have very good reason, I generally default to assuming Willow Beauty); but I think Crassa unitella is right, and Common Rustic agg.; Green Arches looks more as though it could be July Highflyer, of which I've just started getting quite good numbers; and the query might well be a Shaded Broad-band, though its size isn't entirely clear from the photo.
