A micro and another pug (sorry) in case anyone is able to help. The micro was probably about 5-6mm in length but escaped before I managed to measure it or get a better image.
Thank you for your help. Using the Norfolk moths website it certainly looks like the images of N. koenigi. I understand it would need dissection for confirmation. As it escaped in the house I might end up with a colony if it was female!
Hi Andy, the micro is a Nemapogon, probably N. cloacella. Wouldn't like to say on the pug, needs a much better photo.

ReplyDeleteRe the pug I've had a number of dark grey ones which on examining the photos carefully show a touch of green - so maybe a worn Green Pug?
