A Blog for moth recorders in Bucks, Berks and Oxon
Personally, I'd be happier if that one was dissected, Mark. It probably is binaevella but it is within the size range of the other two, both of which are possibilities in our area (I get maritima in the garden here).
ok, I still have it so that can be done.
Dave is right, only if I get binaevella at the large end of its size range am I confident of its id, otherwise they all go in the queue for the chop.
