The micro is an Ypsolopha. It isn't very well marked, but does look rather reticulated with the hint of two cross bands extending from the dorsum, which would suggest alpella.
I agree with Adam, the choice is between alpella or sylvella (either of which would be a very good garden record) and from that picture it looks closest to alpella. Can't help with the pug, I'm afraid!
