I'm thinking the first image is Anthophila fabriciana, and the second seems to have characteristics of both Nemophora degeerella and Adela croesella. It's antennae are VERY long - am I anywhere near?
Hi David, Yes to Anthophila fabriciana. The other one is indeed one of the two species you mention and the differences are covered clearly in the micro field guide - one of the easiest ways to separate them is by knowing the length of the antennae relative to the rest of the moth but unfortunately we can't see that in your picture.

Thanks, Dave. I'll have a look at the antennae and see if I can separate the two options. May send another photo.
