A Blog for moth recorders in Bucks, Berks and Oxon
I had these two in my actinic trap in Aston a couple of nights ago. I'm still having difficulty identifying them.
Any suggestions?

Hi David, while both moths have somewhat obscure markings, I suspect that the first is a Small Square-spot (note the dark mark adjacent to the oval) and the second a rather dark Mottled Rustic.
