Hi David, you will find both of these in the freely-available 'Common Micro-moths of Berkshire' (see side panel). The first is Agapeta hamana; your photo is from the top while with 'tent-like' moths it is better to take an image from the side (which is how it is illustrated in this book). The second Aleimma loeflingiana, and the book shows a very similar image (it is variable in colour and strength of marking) - and since it is a rather 'flat' tortrix it is illustrated from the top just as you have.
