Looks like it. Showed up this evening to a Lunar Hornet Moth lure.

Hi Mark,From what I can see it does look a good match for caprimulgella and that species is a known by-catch of the LUN lure, although it is a moth I've yet to find.
thanks Dave, I've let Martin Townsend know - it may need to go for the chop to confirm.
