Cream-bordered Green Pea

I found this sweet little moth in my garden trap this morning. Unless I am mistaken, it looks like a Cream-bordered Green Pea - a new addition to the garden list.

I would also like to check that the micro below (fw 8mm) is Prays fraxinella?

  1. Yes to both, Steve. Cream-bordered Green Pea seems to have become a little more widespread locally over the past few years which is good to see - a smart little moth!

  2. Wow! Bernard Clark had a Cream-bordered Green Pea in Maidenhead in 2017, but there are only eight other Berkshire records from between 1850 and 1957!
