Looks good to me, Tom, although that's not a species I've ever seen. It is thought to be an occasional migrant so a record in Oxfordshire isn't out of the question. When was it caught? If you still have the moth I imagine your county recorder would like to see it!
Just to confirm - this is a VC23 first - well done! I don't need to see the moth. I had my first in Kent last year, but not on a breeding site. It is known to be a migrant.
