Hi Andrew, I think that this is Cochylis (now Neocochylis) molliculana, although it is not exactly as described, for example, in the Sterling et al. Field Guide. This may partly be due to wear but because the head shows some white and the thorax grey - and the base colour of the wing is whitish rather than cream - there can be confusion with Neocochylis dubitana (which has a white face and grey-black thorax but overall has a much more grey-and-white appearance, even down to a greyish fringe which you see here is rather nicely chequered with brown).
