Lime Hawk-moth
To my surprise I found this Lime Hawk-moth on the outside of the trap yesterday morning - a little earlier than normal - whatever normal is these days?

I think the caterpillar might be Swallow-tailed Moth. Anyone else have any thoughts?
ReplyDeleteYes I agree. Orange Moth larva is similar in shape but unlikely at the location!
