Hi DaveO-t Pug was one of my thoughts but I was put off by the elongated central spot. Like much with moths is the shape a variable feature?Dave
I think the discal spot in your picture is fairly typical of Oak-tree, Dave - almost oval-shaped and very obvious when compared to that of Brindled Pug.
