The top one is a caddis fly (you aren't the first and won't be the last to be confused by a micro caddis!). The tortrix is probably Epinotia immundana. Its second brood has been going for a couple of weeks now and I've had one or two poorly-marked specimens like this which have been kept for dissection but I imagine that's what they'll prove to be.

Thanks again for the expertise Dave.
