Certainly is. The moth is reasonably common in our area these days wherever there's wild Spindle (Euonymus europaeus). We've had the food-plant in our garden for about ten years now and the records here have increased substantially because of that. I've actually seen fewer here this year than normal (two first brood back in May and one second brood example a couple of days ago).
