Eucosma I think




I think this is a Eucosma, but the lack of white streaks suggest it isn't cana, so I am thinking obumbratana or hohenwartiana, but neither seem to fit exactly. Nothing seems to have a single dash in the ocellar spot, so guidance appreciated!

    Hi Phil,
    A difficult call, that one. I think probably hohenwartiana rather than obumbratana but it isn't clear-cut. Hohenwartiana is one of a group of three which need dissection to get to the exact species (so long as they're females) so it may be worth retaining anyway.
