Leaf mine on Dock

I came across this curious mine on a dock in the garden here in Longwick. It appears to be a ( maybe two?) gallery leading to a large blotch which has then  broken or been excised !

I cant see anything on the leaf mine key so is this not lepidopterous?

    Hi Andrew

    There are some fly species (Pegomya) which mine dock and I suspect this will be one of them.
