I have been sent this photo by someone else who is trapping in the village. It looks as if it should be obvious but I am really not sure. My best guess would be a very colourful and well marked Large Twin-spot Carpet but I rally don't know.
On first seeing the picture I wondered if it might be Balsam Carpet, but having now played with the lighting in Photoshop I'm sure your suggestion of it being a well-marked Large Twin-spot Carpet is correct. Size would have helped here because Balsam is quite small.

Yes that's quadrifasciata f. thedenii, as described in the Field Guide.
