For the pug we'd need to know the size and even then it might not be do-able from a photo. However, to me the picture gives the impression of it being a fairly large species (that might be incorrect of course!) and it is rather worn, but Pimpinel Pug springs to my mind. What do others think?
Assuming this is quite a large pug, I think it goes down as Yarrow Pug. There are only a few records but they are widely spread. I had one recently in my garden in Oxford.

The micro is a rather worn Ditula angustiorana.
At first glance, I thought the markings and body colour resembled Slender Pug, but as you say, size is important.
